Attend to trauma, mental health & entrepreneurship through a body-centred creative lens. Create space for the extraordinary to land.
Nurture your inner guide & creative genius.
Rewild your Creativity.

Thank you for visiting. Life can be so overwhelming and navigating our inner & outer worlds can feel bewildering, confusing and sometimes unbearable.

My intention is to embody a compassionate grounding and restorative space, with occasional humour, that points you in the direction of your body wisdom and other accessible resources.

In working together, you will be invited into verbal and non-verbal therapeutic exploration through visual arts, movement, dance, storytelling, poetry, clay work, photography, music and more. Your consent is key and you can even lay down the entire time! I follow what you need.

I’m here to encourage and amplify the voice and wisdom of your creative genius while offering therapeutic, creative experiences that gently attend to trauma recovery, mental health, emotional integration and embodiment.

☆ I am a devotee to the creative spark who lives and works on the unceded territory of the Quw’utsun mustiimihw (Cowichan People) near the Cowichan River on Vancouver Island, BC.

I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who has recently retired from massage therapy after 22-years in therapeutic bodywork practice. I am an Usui Reiki Master, co-founder of Dance Temple Cowichan and have been initiated, trained and certified to offer Massage Therapy, BodyTalk, Kundalini Dance, Lomi Lomi, Traditional Thai Massage, Hot LaStone Therapy & Hatha Yoga. I have extensive experience working with body-centred therapies for wellness.

I was born & raised in Manitoba on the territory of the Métis Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ and Očeti Šakówiŋ (Sioux) nations. My parents are Sandra & Garry Lindell with an ancestral background of Swedish, Scottish, Cree & English heritage. I am a daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend to humans, animals and plants. She/her are my pronouns.

I have had my own business for 18 years. I continue to fumble my way along the entrepreneurial path where I finds hidden treasures, climb steep tech learning curves and explore the colourful, humbling & empowering nature of service through my business.

I live with my husband, 19-year-old son and adorable cat. I bow to the power of nature, play music, photograph beauty and listen to the intuitive whispers. I am devoted to my beloveds, my magical medicine path, plant allies, nature, music, dance & creativity.

I offer online & in-person counselling, Expressive Arts Therapy, workshops & retreats.
