We began as an e-commerce company but now have also added a wholesale division with over 1000 doors in the United States. Our only national retailer is Neiman Marcus.
BuDhaGirl is the home of All Weather Bangles®. AWB® are the modern bangle.
AWB are waterproof, weightless, soundless and TSA proof…life perfect. They are the modern accessory that guides you to set intentions in the morning by following our morning AWB ritual and in the evening ending with our gratitude ritual.
Each AWB is handcrafted. Over 20 artisans touch each bangle and every part of the process has a wonderful, skilled, human being that produces genuine BuDhaGirl AWB.
Jessica Jesse is our founder, she is CEO and Creative Director. Jessica comes from a luxury retail background having held directorship positions at both Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. She has worked with design greats: Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Gianni Versace, Bill Blass, Oscar de la Renta, and the list goes on. Jessica has created the Global Wellness Moonshot Calendar, the calendar is part of a global initiative to eliminate preventable diseases through information and wellbeing practices.
BuDhaGirl introduces BuDhaScience™, a concept that uses modern-day science to validate the effects and benefits of contemplative practice.
Through precise language we can define that science is a systematic method that organizes knowledge in the form of testable explanations. And also, through exact language we can say that contemplative practice(s) definition is that it is a self-contained exercise that cultivates the development of our enlightenment and wellbeing through periods of meditation.
Until recently, science and contemplative practice seemed at odds with each other. Each professing their respective benefits while de-bunking the efficacy of the others. Today this is no longer true. The science that once turned its back on centuries of observation and contemplation is now concretely testing why these ancient contemplative practices work. Science is now corroborating the principles found in ancient contemplative practices, in other words, science can track, record, test and validate the effects of contemplative practice.
