You’ll be Surrounded by rolling hills with cattle mingling in pastures and vast forested spaces filled with local species.
Yet some of the best beaches and surf breaks in Costa Rica are within a 5 to 30 minute drive. Playa Marbella is nearby and Playas Guiones, Garza and Nosara are an easy day trip.
Bosque del Pacifico is 1.1 miles from the sea, which takes less than 5 minutes by car.
It is located between Tamarindo and Nosara, in a strategic location with easy access to amazing beaches such as Pitaya, Playa Azul, Playa Grande, Conchal, Guiones and more.
There are plenty of attractions such as surfing, ziplining, ATVing, horseback riding, watching sea turtles, snorkeling or SCUBA diving, fishing, golfing, and visiting natural wonders like Ostional, Las Baulas, Bahía Junquillal National Wildlife Refuge.
Our philosophy is to create an harmonious, free community without the overbearing restrictions seen elsewhere. We provide clients absolute control over their homes – freedom of choice is fundamental at Bosque del Pacifico.
We care for the ecology by creating homes that are friendly with nature. Our first step was a forestry study and mapping the trees on the ground for their protection.
We make minimal changes to the topography of our landscape, protecting springs and leaving the natural flow of rainwater unaltered. In doing so we support the abundant flora and fauna in the area.
The houses we build are contemporary, extremely comfortable, adapted to the area and built only with high quality materials. The houses are in one of the most beautiful places in the world
