It acts as a central process library for your business, where you can easily create drag & drop templates and create task checklists from these. Tasks feed into people’s todo lists so that everyone knows exactly what to do and when to do it and has the information and data to do it right.

To ensure team’s have the right information at the right time, beSlick provides forms which automatically tailor tasks exactly as needed, whether for onboarding, approval requests or project kick-offs.

As well as allowing process to feed a todo list, the reverse its also true. When a project is completed that is likely to be repeated it enables this to be saved a template process so that next time that job is performed people have the guidance to get it right first time without having to reinvent the wheel. In addition when a task is completed that relates to a process, if people see a way to improve that task they can feed that back into the process template.
