WordPress is the most popular website platform in the world with over 40% of websites built on WordPress. Despite being so widely used, WordPress still holds a fear for business owners who remember the platform of 10+ years ago. A platform that was heavily coded and websites built by specialist developers and coding elites. Thanks to several user-friendly page builders and well coded themes, this is no longer the case. Whilst I applaud those agencies for their ability to corner the recurring income market, I don’t think it bodes well for trust or reputation.

I want business owners to be able to make those changes if they want to or hand those tasks over if they want to. It should always be their choice.

I have a very small team who help out behind the scenes, but essentially, your website and all communications are with me. I am the face of the business, dedicated to providing a personalised service to my clients.

My business superpower is the ability to break down the techy talk and jargon so the average business owner, who’d rather be talking about their business niche, doesn’t have to get bogged down with superfluous nonsense. I don’t use all the buzz lingo because my client doesn’t care for it much. I speak to my clients in a way that is easy to understand and needed. My client doesn’t need to know their website’s php level, only that it’s at the current level and secure. I find it’s best to tell them what they need to know, not show them how much I know.
