The uses of the bed block are nearly endless as it can be used to elevate wounds be they recovering from surgery or just caring for day to day injuries that keep us from resting and sleeping well.

By creating a pocket of warm air around the feet, the feet are able to stay warm and cozy without downward pressure from your sheets and blankets. This not only allows the feet and ankles room to find the perfect position for you to fall asleep comfortably, but reduces odor causing sweat.
