Barn Light Australia™ is a family-owned lighting manufacturing business based in Melbourne, Victoria. We’ve been operating in Australia since 2012 after branching out from Barn Light USA™ (Florida) which was incorporated in Florida in 2008. Barn Light USA™ has provided Barn Light Australia with the design aesthetics, moulding, technical, and business expertise in creating an Australian branch managed by Barn Light Australia™.

We’re dedicated to manufacturing quality outdoor lighting products that are made by Australians for Australian Conditions. Each Barn Light product is hand-crafted with love, all made with outdoor rating to withstand Australian harsh exterior conditions. We’re a great company, selling nothing but excellent quality lighting. We’re unique in that we spin all our own warehouse shades, bend each traditional gooseneck, and wire up each and every Barn Light product here at our factory in Hallam, Victoria.

Barn Light builds upon decades, even centuries old technologies from back when “RLM” (Reflective Light Microscopy) meant more to process workers. People should know that the acronym ‘RLM’ is a puzzle to many. But people in the lighting industry know that it stands for ‘Reflector Light Microscopy’, which started because factories in the Industrial Revolution wanted to give workers light so they can work better and not make mistakes. Over time, it has been adapted to mean ‘Reflector Luminaire’.

We’re always looking to integrate the best LED technology into our Lighting giving you a vintage industrial look coupled with modern day engineering. Barn Light focuses on the latest in LED technology with our unique emphasis on quality, we only use high CRI LED chipsets with at least 90+ is ideal for the modern home and business in our High Output LEDs and 80+ for our Atomic Range of Lighting providing you the best quality light in every design scenario.

Barn Light LED Lighting Range –
From the start of manufacturing, we offer lumen outputs between 850 Lumens to 4000 Lumens with different colour temperatures ranging from Warm White to Crisp Blue Light in our Outdoor-Rated Barn Lighting – A range of colours that our competitors wished they could provide you.
As a minimum, we offer IP44 designed for full Australian weather conditions with the option to upgrade to IP55 in certain models. Our products have been sealed with silicon tapes, solid gaskets, grub screws, and silicones before they are all electrically tested/certified and quality marked, and despatched. Each shipment leaving our customers with a sense of satisfaction that a quick installation and long life was part of their purchase.
