Andrew Roche

Andrew Roche completed his MBA in marketing through the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University in December of 2021.

Marketing, specifically digital marketing, is Andrew Roche’s passion. As a digital marketer, Andrew strives to help businesses establish their identity and find their voice. He also works tirelessly to connect them with their ideal customers. He firmly believes in the power of the written word, especially when used effectively and efficiently. Andrew employs the power of content marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) whenever possible due to its versatility and authority.

Andrew Roche has always exhibited a competitive edge for as long as he can remember. Growing up he tested his hand at a number of sports. Lacrosse, hockey, football, and golf just to name a few. He then focused on lacrosse and football in high school while at Cranbrook Kingswood. He then followed his passion and pursued lacrosse at Albion College.

Andrew Roche was one of the founding fourteen players of the men’s varsity lacrosse program at Albion College. The team faced a lot of adversity as a first-year Division III program. However, the team grew immensely that season and laid a strong foundation for years to come. This may not seem like an experience worth mentioning, but there are several traits and skills typical of student-athletes that are valuable in the professional world. Some of these skills include their unwavering resilience, their ability to focus on a goal and achieve it, their habit of putting the success of the team before our own, and one of Andrew’s personal favorites-they’re scrappy.

Following his playing career, Andrew Roche spent three seasons coaching high school teams. He had the pleasure of working with two high school programs. He first led the Harper Creek HS program in their inaugural season in 2013. Then, upon completing his undergraduate studies, Andrew Roche joined the Detroit Country Day program for their ’14 and ’15 campaigns. The rush that comes with playing the game is second to none. However, Roche found that helping players develop on the field and grow as young men to be rewarding.

After experiencing the game as a player and a coach, Andrew Roche decided to become an official and join the “third team” on the field. While the stripes aren’t exactly Andrew’s preferred style, he finds his current role extremely rewarding since he is able to interact with far more players as an official than he did as a coach. While his primary task as an official is to keep the players safe, Andrew is still able to share his knowledge of the game with developing players.
