MedalMad Virtual Challenges hopes to inspire and motivate individuals to be more active, leading to a healthier and happier community.
MedalMad operates through a user-friendly online platform where participants can sign up for various virtual challenges based on their interests and abilities. These challenges can include walking, running, cycling, swimming, or a combination of activities. Upon registration, participants are encouraged to track their progress using fitness tracking devices or apps, allowing them to record their accomplishments in real-time.
Medals and other rewards are then sent to challengers who complete their challenge. Providing a reminder of what they can achieve, how hard they worked and an acknowledgement.
The business started in Gloucestershire, set up by our founder Mike Squire BSc MA, who specialises in creating brands and businesses that help people be more active. Now MedalMad has 60,000 members from 32 countries.
