We fell in love with Appleleaf Cottage after spending many years visiting North Yorkshire. It’s a unique and quirky place that we’ve spent time converting into a popular self-catering holiday let. We have a passion to deliver high quality breaks in our area and show you the best of it. It been pleasing to find out that many of our guests enjoyed their stay so much that they have returned time and time again. We enjoyed the experience of opening and running a cottage so much that we opened another holiday home in Pickering called Cloverleaf Cottage. Both cottages have their own unique personalities and think we have created special places for our guests to relax in. We’ve been working on improving our holiday homes ever since they opened and we’re delighted that our guests love the cottages just as much as we do.

Appleleaf was built in the late 1830s and is part of a row of stone cottages originally being used as homes for local farm workers.

This is an ideal place for couples and families to enjoy their stay in the area for short breaks and longer stays. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. The first bedroom had a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. There is off road parking for guests and an enclosed garden at the rear of the property. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with two sofas, beamed ceiling and wood burning effect stove. The living room also features a Smart TV, Complementary WiFi internet access and a selection of books and games.
