Randall Saltys’ photography path began in high school in 1976, with an inexpensive plastic camera and an early compliment that he had “a good eye.” In 2012, at 54, he picked up a new camera and set out to master the craft of creating exceptional images.
As an artist, Randall wants to share the beauty the world has to offer, capturing each scene so viewers feel as if they were standing there with him. His work spans landscapes, wildlife, flowers, nature, food and island scenes from Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, Texas, Colorado, South Dakota and South Carolina, along with Belize, Jamaica, St. John (USVI) and Jost Van Dyke (BVI).
His art has appeared in juried art shows, local craft markets and businesses such as spas and fitness studios, and he has made more than one hundred stock sales to buyers in twenty-three countries. His website offers hundreds of products featuring his images, with new work added as he continues to travel near and far.
