ID Yoga is a specialized yoga education center based in Athens, Greece, focused primarily on professional Yoga Teacher Training programs. Our mission is to offer structured, high-quality training that blends traditional yogic philosophy with modern methodology, making it accessible to both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga. We provide internationally recognized 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, accredited by Yoga Alliance. What differentiates ID Yoga is our modular structure, allowing students to complete their education in flexible segments while maintaining academic rigor and personal guidance. This approach supports working professionals and international students who require adaptability without compromising depth. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) program is designed for individuals who want to become certified yoga instructors or elevate their personal practice. The curriculum covers asana technique, alignment principles, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Graduates are fully eligible to register as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, enabling them to teach both in Greece and internationally. For experienced teachers, our 300-hour advanced program (YTT300) offers deeper immersion into advanced sequencing, subtle body theory, therapeutic applications, philosophy, and leadership development. This program is ideal for instructors who seek to refine their voice, expand their skillset, and evolve professionally within the global yoga community. At the heart of ID Yoga is founder and lead instructor Ioannis Chrysoulakis, whose approach integrates classical yogic study with practical, real-world teaching experience.
