My services are designed for independent restaurants that need to closely manage their cash flow. I set up schedules to help you become profitable and allow you to pay me on a weekly basis at your pace of progress. I'm retired faculty of the Nolan School of Business at Cornell University. I have a 25 year history of restaurant ownership. I will help put system in place that allow the development of "Actional" financial statements, meaning statements that provide information to the operator on which action may be taken to put money in your pocket. Most financials now provided by accountants are for tax purposes, not effective business management. I will fix that.
