We are fully licensed (TACLB133920E) and insured, and we specialize in providing reliable, honest heating and cooling solutions to keep Texas families and businesses comfortable year-round. AMW Cooling & Heating is owned and operated by Josh Wulff. As a veteran-owned business, we bring military discipline and integrity to every job we take on. That commitment shows in the way we treat our customers, the quality of our work, and the values we hold ourselves to every single day. We believe HVAC service should be fast, honest, and reliable — and that’s exactly what we deliver. Our comprehensive range of HVAC services covers everything a home or business could need to stay comfortable in the Texas climate. On the cooling side, we offer AC repair and diagnostics, AC installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency cooling service. When your air conditioning goes out in the middle of a brutal Texas summer, you need a team that will answer the phone and get to your home fast — and that’s what AMW does. Our heating services include furnace repair and installation, heat pump services, heating tune-ups, and emergency heating repair. Texas winters can bring unexpected cold snaps, and we make sure our customers are never left in the cold. Beyond heating and cooling, AMW Cooling & Heating provides indoor air quality solutions to help families breathe easier at home. We install air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and humidifiers to improve the air circulating through your home. We also offer professional dryer vent cleaning, an often-overlooked service that helps improve dryer efficiency and reduces the risk of dryer vent fires. Additionally, we specialize in smart thermostat installation, working with leading brands like Nest, Ecobee, and Honeywell to help homeowners modernize their climate control, improve energy efficiency, and lower utility bills. We also offer HVAC maintenance plans designed to keep your systems running at peak performance and extend the life of your equipment. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly breakdowns, improves energy efficiency, and ensures your system is ready to handle whatever the Texas weather throws at it. AMW Cooling & Heating maintains a 5.0 rating on Google with 54 reviews, a testament to the consistent quality of service our customers have come to expect. As one Yelp reviewer put it, if you need an air conditioning and heating expert you can rely on, Josh at AMW is the one to call. Our customers describe us as amazing, always reliable, and always honest. That kind of trust is not something we take for granted — it’s something we work to earn with every single service call. We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A rating from the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas. Our BBB accreditation, established in September 2025, reflects our commitment to upholding the BBB Standards for Trust and operating with transparency and accountability. We are also NATE certified, which means our technicians have passed rigorous industry testing to demonstrate their competency in HVAC service and repair. Additionally, AMW Cooling & Heating is a verified member of the Veteran Owned Business network, connecting us with fellow veterans and military families who prefer to support veteran-owned enterprises. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For true emergencies, we provide weekend service on Saturdays and Sundays. Same-day service is available, and we offer 24/7 emergency service because HVAC problems don’t wait for convenient times. When it’s 100 degrees outside and your AC goes down, you need someone who will show up — and AMW will be there.
