Excel Carpet and Tile Cleaning has its roots in Bunbury, Western Australia, where we first operated as an Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning franchise. My name is Kevin Matthews, and my journey in this industry began in 1994 when I joined Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning Bunbury under the guidance of Chris Barton‑Harvey. Chris instilled in us a deep respect for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in every job we completed. In 2008, I purchased the franchise and continued building the business on the values that mattered most to me: trust, quality, and affordability. In March 2023, we took an exciting step forward by becoming fully independent and rebranding as Excel Carpet and Tile Cleaning. What began as a carpet and upholstery cleaning service has grown into a comprehensive floor‑care business. Today, our services include: Tile and grout cleaning Vinyl floor cleaning Stripping and sealing Carpet and upholstery cleaning Our mission remains the same: delivering exceptional results with genuine care, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
