A New Standard in Maturation: Accelerated Ageing Without Compromise Our malt-based spirit and Gold Rakija are matured using proprietary accelerated ageing technology. While legally our malt-based spirit cannot be labelled as whisky, it shares the same traditional production processes up to the distillation stage. Where we innovate is in maturation. We reduce the need for extensive barrel aging by using techniques that extract and control key whisky flavour compounds, such as whisky lactones, phenolics, aldehydes, esters, and more, in a highly precise and consistent manner. Our maturation process not only allows for greater control over oxidation and flavour development, but also addresses sustainability. Depending on the specific recipe, our method uses 80 to 140 times less oak than traditional barrel ageing. This dramatically reduces the need for forest resources and storage space, while producing a spirit that is balanced, full-bodied, and satisfying. Our method doesn't just remove these impurities, it elevates the vodka to a new level of purity and balance.
