Bryan has been a professional sushi chef for over 13 years, but his passion is in teaching others. He created Secrets of Sushi in 2011 to expand his ability to teach others and has since gone on to teach around the country. Bryan has taught over 300 people in his live classes, published a cookbook, and thought countless people online through his YouTube channel. Bryan’s goal is to teach people how to make sushi at home while educating them about the sustainable seafood movement.
