Smart-Space is the trading name of the Portable Venues (Group) Ltd, which was incorporated in 1987. The present company evolved from unincorporated trading over the years since its inception in 1985. We supply temporary buildings for a wide range of user application UK wide.
At Smart-Space we have been providing a wide range of industrial and commercial buildings since the business was set up in 1985. We now provide 4 distinct types of building each fully customisable to meet your exact needs, whatever sector you operate in.
We have over 30 experienced staff and trained employees, organised into specialist teams covering different areas of our work. This ensures our customers are always given the best service and support before, during and after installation. Wherever possible, every building is made at our facility in Warwickshire, where we also keep an extensive stock of replacement parts.
Over the past 30 plus years the needs of the commercial and industrial sectors in the UK have changed significantly.
We have developed with these changes and now specialise in fully compliant buildings which meet the demands of all Health & Safety and CDM regulations. We are a member of the Safe Contractor scheme, dedicated to promoting high standards of competence and compliance in HSE matters for all business sectors.
