Take a detailed quiz to get a “Pup Score” for each dog breed, and then view from a selection of top dog breeders, who have upcoming litters with puppies available. We choose to partner with the top 3 dog breeders for each breed. Our breeders prioritize the health and temperament of their dogs, so you can be confident you are getting the perfect puppy for you.

Dog World saves breeders time by giving a detailed profile for interested families, and a way to manage all of their customers in a single place. They can also have extra confidence that their puppies are going to good homes as each interested buyer has a detailed profile, and ‘pup score’ which shows how good of a potential fit they would be.

The inspiration for Dog World came after we had an incredibly hard time getting a new puppy. Both shelters and breeders in our area did not have any puppies available from the breeds that were a good fit for our family. Once we shifted to looking online, there were multiple scams that we nearly fell victim to. It was a close call, and we only realized it was a scam when they refused to do a video call; but it was easy to see how someone could fall victim to such a scam, especially with such an emotional decision as buying a puppy.

Dog World gives both the buyer and dog breeder transparency, which is so important with something as important as welcoming a new puppy to the family. However, our mission goes even beyond that. There are many great organizations that donate to shelters and promote people adopting from shelters. But there is not nearly enough initiative to stop dogs getting abandoned in the first place: By helping families understand which breeds are the best fit for them, and then recommending reliable breeders who follow best practices and take their profession seriously, we assure there is a better mutual fit with the family and the dog. Of course, this means that everyone will be happier, but it also means that there is less likelihood that the dog will end up abandoned and in a shelter. Together we can #FreeTheShelters.
