Public liability insurance must be in place.
In the event of any dispute, Safe Trader will be the final arbiter and their decision is final. A current waste carriers license must be held.

We have all the above as every house clearance company should.

House Clearances are a chargeable service. The price would be determined by the amount of stuff to clear. Having said that, more stuff can mean less cost !

This is because we recycle, sell through auction and allow a cash value for some contents

Just note. If you call a charity in to take stuff .. it may not cost you anything but it could mean you pay more for your clearance.

We have done jobs where the value in the properties have exceeded the cost. This meant we paid the house clearance customer.

Rubbish Removal Services are popular as we have a zero to landfill policy.

Everything we take from a property is recycled or re-used to reduce waste.

Anything we cannot directly recycle or re-use ourselves is taken to a materials recovery facility.

Here everything is broken down into its component materials. These materials are then sent off for re-manufacture into new products.

This helps save our natural resources and helps the planet.
