KAPOW! Your Super Business Coach

Working with me as your business coach isn’t about me blowing smoke up your arse. It’s about me helping you be the best you can be. You, your brand & your business – all aligned together and going in the same direction.

No matter what stage your business is at, working with me as your coach will make you work harder and progress faster than you would on your own. From providing a much-needed ego check to helping expand your network, I can give you both the tools and perspective you need to go from point A to point B – and beyond!!!.

🦸‍♀️🚀Working with me as your coach isn’t just about the easy stuff. It’s also about tackling the tough stuff too. I don’t sugar coat things. I also don’t tell you what to do. What I do is help you find your own way to the place you want to be. 🦸‍♀️🚀

I didn’t grow up wanting to be a business coach. I actually grew up wanting to be an ballerina, then and astronaut. Or a vet. I ended up joining the RAF as an officer cadet at RAF Cranwell in 1989 instead.
After a catastrophic back injury, I left the RAF, ran a deli for a little while, went to secretarial college, did that for a bit, got married to Ollie, an RAF pilot who I’d met at Cranwell, moved around a lot, became an Executive PA, hated it, retrained as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, did that for a bit.

Moved around some more, had a shitty boss in 2001 in a job I was looking to leave, then 9/11 happened. Quit my job that afternoon, sent my husband to war for the first time (of 9 times) two days later, became self employed and did that.

Set up my first limited company two years later, got a business partner a couple of years after that, HUGE MISTAKE, moved around a bit more, had a messy business divorce, started all over again with Lightning Training in 2009.

Grew a business, and a tumour, lost my Dad, joined 4N, found breast cancer, lost a boob, & my hair, won Trainer of the Year (three times), and did that a bit more. Beat cancer. Loved 4N, became an Area Leader, then a Regional Leader, had an epiphany, started KAPOW!, created The ‘Shire – LOVED BEING AN RL – hit lockdown – OH SHIT!!!

Regrouped, re-armed, rebuilt my business and am loving every single second of it.
