miniSchoggi was founded in February 2014 and specialises in professional courses and events. The miniSchoggi team consists of trained bakers, creative confectioners and genuine chocolatiers.

Every day we experience the passion and drive to create new things. With us, you’ll gain an insight into the world of freshly baked bread, the production of delicate cake creations or the sweet world of chocolate. And always with our goal to produce our unique, fresh creations ourselves as a combination of experience, knowledge, teamwork and joy.

Since February 2020, our newly opened event location in Zurich’s Adliswil has ensured the ideal ambience during events with five different event rooms. So visit us soon with your team or customers and immerse yourself in our world of culinary creations.

Would you prefer an event on your company premises, at a trade show, on a ship or in a mountain hut? No problem, miniSchoggi is active all over Switzerland. We’re happy to hold your event at your desired location and will bring all the required materials with us.

We offer as well public workshops how to make chocolate, cakes, pastry and many other tasty products. Furthermore, we have a large online store with more than 5000 products so you can make your own chocolate or baking products.
