I spent years as a Digital Process Improvement Analyst (getting businesses off inefficient paper processes so they can stop spinning their wheels and have more meaningful work that increases their bottom line). I am LEAN and Six Sigma trained – which still lends itself to how I craft sites for a positive User Experience & User Interface, as well as a supportive back-end processes. I am a super-nerd and if something isn’t jiving right I cant stop until it’s right.

Being in the website management world for 8 years now, I now have broad business expertise that other website designers do not (they tend to ‘just’ make a site look pretty). Not only can I pull off design & architecture – but I my practical experience in UX, UI, CRO, technical SEO, and some Keyword Research makes me a one-stop shop or someone that is there with tips when you are ready to grow or take your site to the next level.

Working for large orgs alongside Marketing has given me foundational understanding of successful marketing tactics such as effective Landing Pages, Abandoned Cart emails (something my solo business clients may never have heard of, while there was just 1 switch to enable to make it happen).

I love the beauty that exists on nice website designs but I love even more making sure its actually earning the leads the business owner needs. Often I see websites that might look nice on the front end but it’s on a slow host, technical SEO fields are not being used, not even 1 keyword in a good place, Header Menu is lacking, H tags are not optimally used. I love fixing this low hanging fruit to allow an optimal relationship with search engines and their customers.
