There was nothing inevitable about our journey. 52 Degrees North began life way back in the mists of time – alright, 2009 – on a laptop.

Over the years, we’re proud to have built long-term relationships and worked on behalf of some brilliant organisations – from financial AI software company Rimilia to newer partnerships with the likes of Birmingham City University, Acme Whistles and so many brilliant brands we couldn’t possibly mention in 1,000 characters or less.

Looking ahead, we have exciting growth plans, but we’ll never compromise on the personal service we can offer as a boutique design agency in Staffordshire.

Established in 2009, 52 Degrees North have spent the last decade
delivering conceptual creative design services to a broad range of clients.

against our client’s objectives and become a valuable partner, we work hard

we’ve used this philosophy to forge longstanding client relationships that
see us successfully working shoulder to shoulder with a host of remarkable

Our commitment to providing a high-quality service throughout our
contracts mean that a vast majority of our clients have worked with us
for several years, trusting us to deliver carefully considered creative and
advice that centres on getting the best results for them. Our success in
this regard is evidenced by the positive feedback that we’ve received from
clients, 100% of whom said they were ‘extremely likely’ to recommend us in.

To ensure we continually deliver against our promises, we regularly ask our
clients for their feedback in a client satisfaction survey. The results?…93% of them told us they were ‘extremely satisfied’ with the quality of our work, responsiveness and customer service. (the other 7% were satisfied too.) 100% also told us that
they were extremely satisfied with our creativity and value for money too.

Despite this positive feedback, we continue to be committed to working
towards an upward trend in performance over the lifetime of our contracts
and adopt a number of approaches to ensure we exceed expectations.

As well as producing creative that looks great we want to make sure that
when you work with us, we’ll be crafting solutions that hit the mark when it
comes to achieving your objectives.

That’s why, when you work with us, we’ll take the time to get to know your
team and familiarise ourselves with wider stakeholders, plans and goals.

At the outset of any new contract, it is our policy to attend an ‘onboarding
meeting with new clients. This interaction will help us gain a more thorough
understanding of the business and contextualise how any creative work
we produce may also contribute to the organisation more widely.

This also affords us the opportunity to introduce ourselves to your team, so
that they are familiar with who we are, can meet their project manager and
find out more about the services we offer and the work we deliver.

As previously stated, we want our clients to view us as a valuable part
of their team, relying on us to deliver on time and on budget, time and
time again.

To ensure a smooth transition as the contract gets underway, we also
want to hit the ground running for you and will take the time to familiarise
ourselves with your brand guidelines and existing communications materials
too. We’ll also work with your team to get to grips with your past successes
too so that we know what works for you and can respond accordingly.

Most of all, we want your team to be able to call us whenever they need
our support so as well as being able to call or email us to discuss their next
project, we’re always on hand to offer advice, guidance and new ideas too.

It goes without saying that upon appointment to your framework, you’ll also
be allocated a senior level dedicated contract/project manager with over 20
years industry experience, to act as your main point of contact too.

Nothing keeps a contract on track like communication and that’s why when
you work with us, you can rest assured that we’ll be in regular contact,
keeping you up to date on project progress every step of the way.

As well as providing you with a weekly update on your ‘live’ projects, we
can also give you up to the minute updates at any given point in time
thanks to our cloud-based project management software.

We recommend quarterly face to face meetings to ensure the contract
remains on track – however, just like the rest of our service, this can be
adapted to suit.

Of course, we want to make sure that you enjoy working with us too, so
