Gavin Crawley is our head copywriter with a background in the RAF communications industry which included several foreign languages and translation. Louisa Goldstone-Smith has been an entrepreneur for 20 years and has the creative and analytical skills to plan and create websites and campaigns.

When we first started 8 years ago, our market required value-for-money writing and web design services that incorporated SEO. At the time, there weren’t many providers plugging the gap for UK-based businesses that wanted a UK freelancer within the huge gig economy.

Very soon, we will have a store for clients to order from our website to mimic the workstream process that the online gig marketplaces use so successfully. This will enable our onboarding and project management to be seamless and a better experience for our clients.

We recently did something similar for beginners to building WordPress websites. For new businesses who don’t have the technical ability to create a website, we’ve made it so easy to help them get their site up quickly and learn through our membership platform about how to market themselves. Just by choosing a template, we set it up automatically and it’s up 10 minutes later!
