For mental health practices, the website click does more of the work than it does for the typical business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diib looked at Google Business Profiles connected to Diib over the 30 days ending October 18, 2026, comparing 92 mental health profiles with all 20,232 profiles in Diib’s data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This holds over time. The median mental health profile got more website clicks than the all-profile median in each of the last 12 complete months<\/strong> (October 2025 to September 2026), between 1.3 and 1.8 times as many. Website clicks were a bigger share of actions in 11 of those 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is aggregated Diib data from profiles connected to Diib, so it reflects those practices rather than every therapist or counselor. One plausible reading: people looking for mental health care want to check a provider’s approach, credentials, insurance or online booking before reaching out, and a phone call can feel like a bigger first step.
