A Google Business Profile (GBP) is the listing that shows up in Google Maps and local search results, with your hours, reviews, phone number and directions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is aggregated Diib customer data from businesses that connected their Google Business Profile, which may skew toward more established shops. The data doesn’t show whether more reviews led to more calls, only that both are higher for plumbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It does show what the competition looks like. In plumbing, 100-plus reviews and a near-perfect rating is the norm, not a standout.
