Why You Should Sync Your Social Analytics

When you sync your business’s Facebook Page with your dashboard, we’ll be able to send you specific suggestions on how to grow your business, and send you industry trends and opportunities on how to improve your posts and user engagement. It takes less than a minute to sync!

Note

Don’t worry, syncing your profile to Diib doesn’t give us permission to post and we never share your data. You can disconnect your Page at any time, and of course you can reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Diib learns over time, so we’ll be able to look at your demographic and trends and remind you when to post, and let you know if you need to target different fan demographics.

How to Use This Tool

Click on Sync Now, then log into your Facebook profile.

Once you’ve logged in, select the Page you want to sync (if you have multiple websites in your Diib dashboard, make sure you’re in the right dashboard).

Once you’ve allowed Diib access, you’ll be redirected back to your main dashboard. Click on Social Analytics again, and you’ll see your data!

When you sync your Page, you’ll see a ton of helpful insights. There’s your Performance Overview, Post Performance, Best Time to Post, Fan Demographics, and more. We work in the background 24/7 and will trigger Alerts and Objectives that will help you improve your engagement and traffic.

Tips and Tricks

Look at your Best Time to Post block. Here you’ll see when people interact with you the most and least during the week, and when the ideal time for you to post is based on the data we’ve pulled.

We keep an eye on this over time, so as you experiment with types of posts and days you’re posting, check your Diib dash and see how it’s affecting your fan reach and site traffic. We’ll also email you with opportunities we see!

Many business owners don’t know how often to post. The last thing you want to do is annoy your fans or followers.

Experiment with how often you post and what days and times you post, then come back to your Social Analytics and see how those posts are doing. You might get more engagement posting great content three times a week than posting generic content five days a week.

About 75% of people say they watch videos with their phone on mute, so captions are a great way to get more engagement and get people to watch for longer.

Once you start adding captions to videos, come back to your Social Analytics tab and see how they’re performing. You can experiment with video length, style, etc.

Need help figuring out how to add captions? Email us at support@diib.com and we can send you a list of tools we suggest.

When you sync your Facebook Business Page, we’ll send you valuable tips and tricks based on the data we see and benchmarks we see in your industry. Your dashboard is your one stop shop to help your business grow online and on your social media.
