Long before Raven’s Cauldron had a name, I was working with candle spells, reading for clients, collecting crystals, and teaching what I had learned to anyone who asked. I didn’t set out to open a metaphysical store—I simply lived the path for decades. Eventually, that path led to the door of Raven’s Cauldron.

We opened in September of 2019 in Delaware, Ohio, and we’ve grown far beyond what I imagined in those early days. Today, Raven’s Cauldron is a brick-and-mortar store, an online shop, a classroom, a spiritual resource, a content platform, and a community. At its core, it’s a place where people can come to find real tools, real magick, and real people who know what they’re doing.

That’s one of the things that sets us apart—we’re not just a storefront full of trendy things that “look witchy.” Everyone who works at Raven’s Cauldron is a practitioner. We use the tools we sell. We teach from personal experience. If you ask us about a crystal or herb, you’ll get a real answer, not something regurgitated from a product label. We’ve used it. We’ve worked with it. We’ve seen the results.

A Lifetime of Study and Spirit
I was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by the mystical. I was drawn to the occult, to Tarot, to the mysteries of nature and energy at a young age—and I never stopped learning. Over the years, I’ve read for thousands of people. I’ve taught classes on everything from candle magick to shadow work. I’ve helped beginners light their first intentional candle, and guided seasoned witches through deep, transformational rituals.

But what drives me isn’t just the practice itself—it’s helping others connect with their own power. That’s what Raven’s Cauldron was created to do.

I also run Crooked Cottage Escape Rooms, which some folks might find surprising. But to me, it makes perfect sense. Both spaces are immersive. Both are full of story, symbolism, emotion, and mystery. At the heart of it, I’m interested in creating spaces where people feel something—where they’re transported, where they remember who they are and what they’re capable of.

What We Offer
Raven’s Cauldron carries a wide range of metaphysical tools:

Crystals (including rare and ethically sourced specimens)

Tarot and oracle decks

Herbs, incense, and spell oils

Handmade spell kits and ritual bundles

Altar decor, statues, and carved crystal pieces

Jewelry, amulets, and charms

Books and journals for study and reflection

Seasonal collections aligned with the Wheel of the Year

But beyond the products themselves, what we really offer is knowledge, empowerment, and a place to belong.

We’ve put a lot of effort into creating educational content—whether it’s a how-to blog post, a video on crystal pairings, or a deep dive into a Tarot card. Our YouTube series, “Crystal Journey,” is designed to help people move past the superficial and really understand how to work with energy. It’s not about gatekeeping, it’s about giving people real tools that actually make a difference.

What Makes Us Different
We cleanse every item before it’s sold—yes, even online orders. We choose crystals not just for looks, but for energy. We price fairly, because we remember what it’s like to be a beginner. We create bundles and kits that are ready to use, with instructions and intention behind every component.

We also don’t pretend to know everything. This path is ongoing, evolving, and deeply personal. But we’ve built a space where people can learn, experiment, and explore without judgment or pressure. Whether someone’s just curious or they’ve been practicing for decades, they’re welcome at Raven’s Cauldron.

People often tell us the shop feels “different”—like it has its own energy. And it does. It’s layered with ritual, care, and intention. It’s also full of laughter. We don’t take ourselves too seriously here—we believe magick can be powerful and still playful.

Looking Forward
We’re continuing to grow—adding more classes, expanding our digital presence, connecting with more practitioners, and building out new bundles and product lines. But we’ll never grow out of who we are. Raven’s Cauldron will always be rooted in integrity, community, and the belief that everyone deserves access to tools that help them reconnect with spirit and self.

If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just crystals on a shelf—if you want to learn, laugh, connect, and conjure—we’re here for you.

Welcome to Raven’s Cauldron. Let’s make some magick.

– Brian J.
