HolidayHero is a guest experience platform built for hotels and short-term rentals that want to elevate the way they engage with guests before, during, and after their stay. Our all-in-one solution gives hosts the power to automate communication, offer local upsells, streamline check-in, and provide guests with a beautifully branded app—without the need for any downloads.

The idea behind HolidayHero was born from real-life experience managing vacation rentals and boutique hotels, where guest questions and last-minute requests often overwhelmed front desk staff. Our founder, Hjalte Niehorster, saw an opportunity to replace scattered tools like printed manuals, WhatsApp groups, and email threads with one sleek and simple platform. What started as a side project quickly grew into a fast-scaling SaaS product used by forward-thinking operators across Europe and beyond.

What sets HolidayHero apart is our focus on guest engagement, not just property management. While traditional systems are designed to serve the operator, HolidayHero is built with the guest at the center. Our guest apps are tailored for each property, showcasing everything from digital check-in flows and personalized upsells to concierge services and local experiences. Guests love the frictionless interface, while operators benefit from fewer inbound questions and higher revenue per stay.
