At Serenity Coloring, we believe that the overall stress level in the world has increased in the last decade or so, and for some people, just getting through the day is really hard. We all need a way to calm our minds and just relax for a while, and we want to help.
\nColoring has been shown in studies to help relieve stress and calm the chaos going on in our minds. It also helps to focus the mind by providing a pattern or structure to concentrate on while coloring.
\nSometimes just putting all the stress aside, and concentrating on coloring a picture, or a pattern for a little bit, can help draw your mind away from all of that day-to-day noise, and help you gain a sense of calm, focus, and clarity that you can then use to face, and deal with the issues that are causing your stress.
\nAnd after the year that was 2020 (and now it seems 2021), who can’t use a little of that?
\nColoring can also be a lot of fun. It can help draw out your creative side, and inspire you in your own creative endeavors. Looking for something to do with your friends? Have a coloring party. Everybody pick a page, or everybody coloring the same page, whatever works for you and your group.
\nEver heard of writers block, or any other kind of creative block for that matter. Coloring can help clear the cobwebs, and get those creative juices flowing. When you feel yourself getting stuck, or blocked creatively, try coloring a page (or a whole book if that’s what it takes), and see if that doesn’t get you back on your creative feet.
\nAt Serenity Coloring, our coloring books come in both physical and digital formats. All books have 50 designs or pictures to color, and are great for any of the above uses.
\nOur physical coloring books are single sided printing, for coloring ease, and we include blank pages in the back of each book that can be torn out and used between pages to prevent bleed-through when using markers or pens as your medium of choice.
\nWe also offer our books in a digital format, for those who have a preferred paper type they like to coloring on. You can download the coloring book, and print out the page you want to color on whatever paper is your favorite. You can even print out several of the same page to try out different coloring schemes, or for your coloring party. We just simply ask that you not give them away, or use them for any purposes outside of a personal use.
\nAll of our coloring books (physical and digital) also offer a MyChart in the front, to record your favorite coloring medium colors, and shadings, for help in determining your own, unique color schemes when coloring the pages.
