Our distillery, located in Combermere, boasts a state-of-the-art copper pot still affectionately named \u2018Big Jill.\u2019 Here, we craft our award-winning range of gins using a careful balance of locally foraged botanicals, premium ingredients, and sustainable practices. Whether it\u2019s our vibrant Apple Crumble Gin or the bold Bison Grass Gin, every bottle tells a story of creativity and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

In 2023, we expanded our vision by opening The Nest, our boutique cocktail bar and distillery in Nantwich. Home to our original copper still, Valerie, The Nest produces an exclusive gin\u2014\u2018Pepper Street\u2019 Gin\u2014crafted with botanicals grown on-site. This intimate space reflects our love for community, conversation, and perfectly paired drinks.<\/p>\n

Sustainability at Our Core
\nWe are proud to champion sustainability in everything we do. From plastic-free packaging to our innovative refill scheme, which reduces waste by letting customers reuse their bottles, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. Our partnerships with Ecologi support tree planting initiatives, while our distillery uses hydroponic lighting to grow key botanicals, including our signature bison grass.<\/p>\n
