This management style allows for a singular point of contact on the client-interface side, a wide range of skill sets to draw from, and circumvents many of the problems found in virtual assistant circles. Rather than hiring an in-office staff member (which typically involves salary, benefits, space, and equipment), our team uses their own computers and works by the hour.
