Our mission is to provide a friendly, non-inhibiting, motivational, high quality fitness experience to people of all fitness levels. Our local international community is important to us and we strive to bring people together.<\/p>\n
kickboxaerobics.ch opened in 2016 by founder Tina Mack Gallo, a fitness enthusiast who has been teaching for over 20 years in the U.S. and Switzerland. <\/p>\n
Our fitness philosophy is to combine trainings for strength, mobility, cardio and flexibility, as well sharing these experiences in a community space
\nthrough workshops and events.<\/p>\n
We offer flexibility and diversity to our clients. Yearly membership is not needed – single entrance, 10 class passes and 3 month unlimited passes are available. All passes allow participation in any of our offered classes.
