PF Nexus’ mission is to streamline the world\u2019s transition to renewable energy, in order to reduce social inequality and climate change. In 2021, climate change is the #1 topic on the global agenda. The UN has called it \u201cthe biggest threat modern humans have ever faced\u201d, and fears a lack of significant and immediate action will lead to storms, floods, and rising oceans eroding international peace, leading to societal collapse, extreme inequality, and millions of climate refugees. The Paris Agreement set out a critical 1.5\u00b0C benchmark for maximum global warming, and recent forecasts show there is a 44% chance this will be met within five years. Net zero must be achieved before 2050, and we plan to be a vital part of that ambition.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, two-thirds of new energy capacity this decade will be in developing markets, where communication inefficiencies are most prevalent. Burning fossil fuels accounts for 74% of greenhouse emissions, hence it is therefore critical to fulfil as much of this new capacity demand as possible via renewables.<\/p>\n
