EventAce.com is a new way for people planning any kind of event to reach available, local event suppliers. It doesn’t matter what kind of event is being planned; weddings, parties, corporate conferences, product launches or even festivals, you’ll find all the suppliers you need on the platform.
\nThe business was founded by Del Cotton, an experienced events professional in his own right and Managing Director of successful UK based entertainment agency, Hireaband.co.uk
\nDel recounts the difficulties he faced when launching Hireaband. ‘It was so hard to gain traction and compete for attention against the big established agencies. I tried every form of advertising you can imagine, online and offline. We even tried a TV ad. It was great for the ego but terrible for the bank balance!’
\nEventAce was built to level the playing field to allow newer or smaller operators to compete fairly with bigger, more established businesses.
\nYou can’t pay to appear higher in the rankings or to take out a bigger ad. Each profile is ranked according to speed of response, reviews and profile quality.
\nThere’s even a free app for suppliers so suppliers can see their opportunities in real time. Best of all, there’s no commission to pay and creating a profile is free. Instead, EventAce operates a simple pay as you go credits system which means you only pay to reach clients you’re available for and interested in. Viewing leads is free so if you’re not available or interested, it costs you nothing.
\nFrom the point of view of the event organiser – and that can be anyone from a bride and groom, a parent organising a kids party, or the chief executive of a large corporation, you save huge amounts of time and frustration.
\nYou’ll be able to compare options and quotes only from available suppliers keen to work with you with a single request which takes less than three minutes to submit. Because you’ll deal direct with each supplier you’re guaranteed the best possilbe price with no mark up or commisison to worry about.
\nThe service is 100% free to use. No more trawling through Google only to find that the suppliers you contact aren’t available or worse, simply don’t respond to your enquiry.
\nEventAce.com is a game changer for the events industry and for the event organiser.
