As our brand has matured over time, we\u2019ve chosen to rebrand as Finscape to mirror this evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Finscape Financial Services offers a broad range of finance options such as home loans (including purchases, refinancing, first home buyers), business loans, asset finance and personal lending.<\/p>\n<p>We focus on the financial well-being of our clients keeping your interests at the core of what we do.<\/p>\n<p>Simon&#8217;s experience has been developed over a number of years across a variety of industries including banking and finance. He has held lending approval authorities within banks which allows him to understand what banks need and require for a loan application to be successful.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simon holds a Masters in Business Administration graduating in the top 10% of students and was the top of his class in Finance. This experience sees Simon with high levels of successful applications allowing his customers to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On a more personal level Simon is a husband, and a father to 3 children in regional Victoria&#8217;s town of Kilmore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simon is an experienced property investor with a growing portfolio. We believe this first-hand experience has given Simon the ability to better relate to his clients and understand how difficult and stressful the situation can be.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simon is also very active in his community and regularly supports local business.
