\nWhilst technology has not greatly impacted our service offering, it has had a profound effect in the way we attract new clients and communicate with existing ones. Most of our clients now find us on-line and their expectations around speed of communication have changed significantly over the last ten years. They expect an almost instant response. In order to respond to these changes, we developed our own client management system that enables us to deliver enquiries to our franchisees in real time via an App. It does this by matching the service required and the location and notifies the nearest operator. As soon as the operator accepts the job the client receives notification along with their contact details.
