","content_main":"<p>Sharon Mason is the founder of Hypnocares and provides both solution focused based hypnotherapy and EFT (often referred to as &#8220;acupuncture without the needles&#8221; or &#8220;tapping&#8221;)  for various issues such as stress, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, confidence, pain relief, weight management, smoking cessation, fears &#038; phobias.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2023 I became one of the first in the country to obtain the Advanced Training in Clinical Hypnosis Diploma from Innervisions and am proud to be associated with Brian Glenn (the founder of Innervisions) and Laura Shewfelt.  Having gained qualifications that are accredited by the GHSC (General Hypnotherapy Standards Council).<\/p>\n<p>As an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist,  it is a requirement to keep up to date with regular relevant training.  As part of this I am extremely proud to be GHSC accredited and to be able to use the designated letters Adv.Dip.Hyp. ISCH ADPR GHR, having met all the requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Hypnocares covers the UK nationally and internationally by working online.  However, in August 2023 Hypnocares opened a new base in Melton Mowbray for those clients&#8217;  requiring face to face consultations.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to working with clients a free telephone consultation is provided.
