Our aim is to respond to your inquiry within three hours. We provide out of hours appointments and weekend appointments and DO NOT charge extra for them. Your first face to face appointment from our first contact by phone will be no later than 7 business days \u2013 if we cannot see you within 7 business days you will be offered a phone appointment within 48 hours. Finding The Light Counselling & Coaching is a fee for service organisation. We focus on putting you\u2014our client\u2014first by providing our services and products differently to other counsellors. We do this by:<\/p>\n
Returning your phone call within 3 hours of your call during business hours or the next day if you leave a message outside of business hours.<\/p>\n
Providing out-of-hours appointments at NO EXTRA COST.
\nIncorporating your spiritual beliefs\u2014at your request\u2014into the counselling or coaching process.
\nAs a locally owned and operated business, Finding The Light Counselling & Coaching seeks\u2014wherever possible\u2014to source our supplies from other local businesses.<\/p>\n
Availability
\nAppointments are available both during the day and after-hours, including Saturdays.<\/p>\n

Our phone is checked for messages every 2 to 3 hours during business hours and every phone call will be returned the same day it was made. Messages left out of hours will be answered the next business day.<\/p>\n
We will offer you a phone session no later than 48 hours after our first contact if we are unable to offer you a face to face session within 7 business days of first contact.<\/p>\n
A 1st session is normally within 5 business days of you talking to us, and a 2nd session is typically 5 to 9 business days after your 1st session. Occasionally due to training and annual leave these times can stretch out by 2 business days.<\/p>\n
Is distance a problem?
