Incident Management Technology’s Personnel Accountability Management System (PAMS) is the most effective solution available for maintaining accurate and reliable firefighter accountability. The intuitive process fits within your existing response workflow and transforms accountability into a true end-to-end solution. With the PAMS system, all personnel are able to see all available, deployed, and responding staff and resources in real-time on a mobile app or web browser. New incidents are sent to the responder mobile app automatically from CAD. Responders mark up if responding, and the system calculates and shares each responder destination and ETA. Responding apparatus are also viewable in real-time, including being able to see all of the personnel on the apparatus.
