We help people experiencing:<\/p>\n<p>Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, Trauma, Parent-Child Conflict, Relationship Conflict, Separation\/Divorces, Parenthood, Sexuality and Gender Identity Exploration, Self Harm, Suicidal Ideation and many many more symptoms and challenges. <\/p>\n<p>We address these challenges head on through Individual Counselling and Therapy, Couples Counselling and Therapy, and Family Counselling and Therapy either online, by phone, or in-person at our therapy centre in Guelph.
