Prior to starting her culture consulting work at PROPEL, Maddie was the founder of SocialFish, a successful digital strategy consulting firm and home of one of the most visited and respected blogs written for nonprofit and association executives. <\/p>\n<p>Jamie Notter is a culture strategist who helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive breakthrough performance and impact. He brings twenty-five years of experience to his work designing and managing culture, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations.
