","content_main":"<p>It provides a simple and secure way for employees to report important issues or concerns directly to management, bypassing any potential conflicts of interest, so issues can be handled as early as possible and hopefully before they get out of control. <\/p>\n<p>With Whistlehub, organizations can effectively manage and address any issues that are brought to their attention, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability while reducing their legal risk substantially.<\/p>\n<p>Whistlehub was created by a guy called Jakob Noergaard after realizing that most corporate scandals, however costly they were, arose from very few issues that could have been prevented or stopped early if people would have had a trusted and reliable way to report them anonymously.  <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It takes many people to build something amazing, but it only takes a few bad actors to ruin it, so it is very disproportionate, to be honest. It seems that the effects of negative actions weigh more than the effects of positive actions. Or in other words, it&#8217;s easier to destroy something than to create it. Hopefully, by helping organizations discover and fix severe issues as early as possible we can help them minimize the negative effects as well, so they can spend their time growing and improving their products instead of fighting lawsuits.
