PROVENANCE
\nIn 2016 our Organic range became Soil Association Organic Beauty Certified. Started in 2002, The Soil Association Organic Beauty and Wellbeing mark, also known as COSMOS Organic & Natural, brought together like-minded ambassadors who wanted to create alternative skincare free of questionable ingredients.<\/p>\n
By working closely with The Soil Association, the Vegan Society and Leaping Bunny Cruelty-Free, we can validate each ingredient thoroughly, checking its provenance to ensure 100% clarity and validation in our creations.<\/p>\n
UNDERSTANDING WHICH ROUTE TO TAKE WHEN SELECTING SKINCARE CAN FEEL DAUNTING
\nWe want to make that navigation feel effortless. So helping you to understand what we put in and leave out. But also letting you know you can depend upon us no matter what you face.<\/p>\n
Our processes start by examining our raw materials in great detail. Preferring to air on the side of caution before leaping in by establish what effect that ingredient will have on your skin and what impact it will have once it leaves your skin to be washed down the drain or placed into recycling.<\/p>\n
When we create our extracts or select our clinical actives, we prioritise those from Organic farming. Which are produced in house by our innovations team who use gentle extraction technology without using commonplace solvents.<\/p>\n
Once our gentle extraction technology has been completed, we then place the waste plant material into our compost system. Even our laboratory and manufacturing unit are powered by ethical supply and solar.<\/p>\n

The Skin Benefit: We only use plant actives that are effective and stable and contain a high percentage of organic and\/or natural ingredients. Our Organics range is certified organic in line with the Soil Association Organic Standard.<\/p>\n
The Safety: Through our investigation processes, if we find an ingredient to be compromising, we will not use it and will add it to our Black List.<\/p>\n
The Provenance: we are proud to give you full disclosure on every ingredient we use, working in partnership with Skinfo to show you exactly where each element comes from and what it is derived from.<\/p>\n
The Onward Impact: As with your skin, if there is any doubt about the safety of the formula or what the product is encased in, we will not use it. For example, we do not use silicon, nylon or any type of these plastics to bind our formulas.<\/p>\n
