I’ve been working with WordPress for over a decade, and involved with digital marketing and SEO for over 7 years. I’ve learned a lot, made plenty of mistakes, and while there are almost certainly gurus out there that know a whole lot more than I do, I believe that I\u2019ve achieved expert status, too.<\/p>\n
I’ve worked freelance for 12+ years in a range of roles, from content writing to SEO manager. Working freelance has enabled me to work from home and set my own schedule \u2013 meaning that I\u2019ve been able to keep on working even when I was diagnosed with a serious autoimmune disease. <\/p>\n
I enjoy freelance work, and it\u2019s been a wonderful experience that\u2019s taught me a huge amount about marketing. But, as my health has deteriorated, I\u2019ve started planning ahead, for the inevitable time when I won’t be able to continue working 40-hour weeks for clients around the world.<\/p>\n
I’ve had encounters with affiliate marketing in the past, but it was while watching YouTube in the middle of the night, during a period of relentless insomnia, that I realized that the blog that I’d started but never really done much with could be the answer to my fears about my finances in the future.<\/p>\n

Plus, I\u2019ll always tell the truth about my experience with products and services, no matter what commission is on offer. This is something I\u2019ll never compromise on – unlike some of the giants of affiliate marketing who frequently gloss over the bad points of a product or service, just to get a sale.<\/p>\n
You can trust my reviews and recommendations. I test software and services thoroughly, with a checklist that ensures that everything that matters gets fully tested, with no exceptions. I don\u2019t get paid to write reviews, nor will I be swayed by financial incentives to present a product or service more favorably than it should be.<\/p>\n
