The company remains family-owned and operated and is not a franchise. It was started as a one-man operation in 2010 and has grown into a full service business serving homeowners in all of southwestern Ohio. As evidenced by hundreds of 5-star reviews and being voted as a Neighborhood Favorite on Nextdoor, Quality Comfort actually stands behind their work with lifetime repair guarantees and the best warranties on HVAC installations. We will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Not to mention, working with Quality Comfort is so easy. You can text, call or schedule free estimates or service online. On the day of service you’ll receive a text with a photo of the employee that will be coming to your home telling you that they are on their way.

When it comes to duct cleaning near Cincinnati, we are one of the only companies who price the service by the square footage of your home rather than the number of vents you have. Who really knows how many vents they have? Not us! The price you receive is upfront and flat rate – meaning we won’t throw any additional hidden fees at you once we arrive at your home. If you want to add on a dryer vent cleaning to your duct cleaning, we do that too! You’ll receive the same flat-rate, upfront price for dryer vent cleaning services. In 99% of cases we can quote your dryer vent cleaning with 100% certainty before we get to your home. The price is based on where the dryer vents out of your home, not the length of the run.

We also offer Free Second Opinions on any major heating and cooling repair or replacement. Did another company tell you that you need a furnace or air conditioner replacement and you’re just not convinced? That’s where we come in! We pride ourselves on being honest and upfront. We want to be a company you can trust rather than one that just tries to hit sales quotas.

Besides being honest, we also value giving back to our community. Quality Comfort Home Services is proud to partner with a non-profit organization called Cancerfree KIDS, based out of Loveland, OH. Their mission is to eradicated cancer as a life-threating disease in children by funding promising research that might otherwise go unfunded. This is especially near and dear to our hearts as so many of us are parents, but also because one of our owners spent 12 years of her career before Quality Comfort as a pediatric oncology and hematology nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

We also offer a program called the Hero’s Club. This is a program where any active or retired firefighter, police officer, nurse, teacher or military member receives 1 free year of our Total Care Club Super Savings Membership. That means free heating and cooling tune ups, priority service, 10% off plumbing, HVAC and duct cleaning services and so much more. There is no obligation to continue with membership after the free 1st year.

Working with Quality Comfort is also affordable. We have multiple financing options available for qualified customers. Financing isn’t just available for HVAC installations either, it’s also available on any product or repair $1,000+!
