The approval process is extremely simple and typically involves order an appraisal, title, and then closing. The majority of our loans are collateral based and focus on the asset rather than the borrower. <\/p>\n<p>A few of our specialty loan products include vacation rental loans and residential investment DSCR loans. Many of our loan products do not require any tax returns for approval. The short term bridge loans will always have the fastest approval process. In fact, we can often close bridge loans in under 7 days. Our long term loan options are typically a 30 year fixed loan and will take around 30 days to close. If a true commercial property is being financed then we will often require a phase 1 environmental inspection. This is not a requirement for DSCR loans.
