Where it all began

Whilst working as a concierge for platinum credit cardholders, I discovered my natural talent in helping organise other people’s personal lives. Quickly realising I was “born to be a concierge”, I started Sydney Concierge in 2010.

Fast forward eight years and I took some time out when my son was born in 2018, before resuming Sydney Concierge in September 2020. Due to Covid-19 and high demand, I pivoted and launched Quarantine Care in early 2021.

Whilst Covid-19 is not going away, quarantine is almost obsolete. Having discovered my passion for curating the perfect gift, I relaunched Quarantine Care as Bags of Care, where you can discover the same great service.

Take care,

Layla, CCO (Chief Care Officer)

Show a loved one you care

Is a family member is going into hospital or recovering from illness or surgery? Is a friend is stressed from working long hours? Is your sister is pregnant or deliriously tired from raising their toddler? Did your mum just receive some bad news? We can help.

Engage your employees

Is someone joining your organisation, returning from overseas, having to self-isolate, or working long hours? Show your employees and colleagues your appreciation by sending them one of our bags of care.

Celebrations too

Whilst we might focus on the curveballs life throws at us, we also believe in celebrating life’s special moments. Contact us for unique gift ideas for a new job, new home, new spouse, new baby, new school, and so much more.

"image_1":"https://diib.com/featuredmembers/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/bagsofcare2.jpg
Comprehensive, but not complicated.
