There was nothing inevitable about our journey. 52 Degrees North began life way back in the mists of time \u2013 alright, 2009 \u2013 on a laptop.<\/p>\n
Over the years, we\u2019re proud to have built long-term relationships and worked on behalf of some brilliant organisations \u2013 from financial AI software company Rimilia to newer partnerships with the likes of Birmingham City University, Acme Whistles and so many brilliant brands we couldn\u2019t possibly mention in 1,000 characters or less.<\/p>\n
Looking ahead, we have exciting growth plans, but we\u2019ll never compromise on the personal service we can offer as a boutique design agency in Staffordshire.<\/p>\n
Established in 2009, 52 Degrees North have spent the last decade

Our commitment to providing a high-quality service throughout our
\ncontracts mean that a vast majority of our clients have worked with us
\nfor several years, trusting us to deliver carefully considered creative and
\nadvice that centres on getting the best results for them. Our success in
\nthis regard is evidenced by the positive feedback that we\u2019ve received from

To ensure we continually deliver against our promises, we regularly ask our
\nclients for their feedback in a client satisfaction survey. The results?…93% of them told us they were \u2018extremely satisfied\u2019 with the quality of our work, responsiveness and customer service. (the other 7% were satisfied too.) 100% also told us that

Despite this positive feedback, we continue to be committed to working

That\u2019s why, when you work with us, we\u2019ll take the time to get to know your

At the outset of any new contract, it is our policy to attend an \u2018onboarding
\nmeeting with new clients. This interaction will help us gain a more thorough
\nunderstanding of the business and contextualise how any creative work
\nwe produce may also contribute to the organisation more widely.<\/p>\n
This also affords us the opportunity to introduce ourselves to your team, so
\nthat they are familiar with who we are, can meet their project manager and
\nfind out more about the services we offer and the work we deliver.<\/p>\n
As previously stated, we want our clients to view us as a valuable part
\nof their team, relying on us to deliver on time and on budget, time and
\ntime again.<\/p>\n
To ensure a smooth transition as the contract gets underway, we also
\nwant to hit the ground running for you and will take the time to familiarise
\nourselves with your brand guidelines and existing communications materials
\ntoo. We\u2019ll also work with your team to get to grips with your past successes
\ntoo so that we know what works for you and can respond accordingly.<\/p>\n
Most of all, we want your team to be able to call us whenever they need
\nour support so as well as being able to call or email us to discuss their next
\nproject, we\u2019re always on hand to offer advice, guidance and new ideas too.<\/p>\n
It goes without saying that upon appointment to your framework, you\u2019ll also
\nbe allocated a senior level dedicated contract\/project manager with over 20
\nyears industry experience, to act as your main point of contact too.<\/p>\n
Nothing keeps a contract on track like communication and that\u2019s why when
\nyou work with us, you can rest assured that we\u2019ll be in regular contact,
\nkeeping you up to date on project progress every step of the way.<\/p>\n
As well as providing you with a weekly update on your \u2018live\u2019 projects, we
\ncan also give you up to the minute updates at any given point in time
\nthanks to our cloud-based project management software.<\/p>\n
We recommend quarterly face to face meetings to ensure the contract
\nremains on track – however, just like the rest of our service, this can be
\nadapted to suit.<\/p>\n
